President Obama today ordered the government to spend more wisely. An old line from Ghostbusters comes to mind.

President Barack Obama ordered his budget office on Wednesday to spend the taxpayers' money more wisely.

That ought to do it, thanks very much, Barack. That'll lead to the $40 billion in savings you're counting on . Government waste will now be a thing of the past.

Kind of reminds me of a classic sequence in the movie Ghostbusters found at 0:55 in the video clip below.

Dan Akroyd: "As a duly designated representative of the city, county, and state of New York, I order you to cease any and all supernatural activity and return forthwith to your place of origin, or to the nearest convenient parallel dimension."

Bill Murray: "That ought to do it, thanks very much Ray."
